These Terms govern your use of the Moga Marketing website and private marketing coaching provided by Vasile Moga. By booking a call or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Moga Marketing provides private, one-on-one marketing coaching online. Programs include Marketing Kickstart (single session), Brand & Content Lab, and Strategy Sprint as described on the website.

2. Booking and payment

• Programs are booked by email or Telegram unless online checkout via Lava.top is available.
• 7-session programs are paid in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed.
• Single sessions are paid before or as agreed at booking.
• Prices and payment methods are confirmed individually at booking.

3. Scheduling and cancellation

• Sessions take place via Zoom or Google Meet at an agreed time.
• You may reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Without 24-hour notice, the session is considered completed and non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before the first session of a program.
• After the first session, refunds are discussed individually based on circumstances.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to attend sessions on time, provide accurate contact information, and use coaching for your business purposes. Recording sessions without prior consent is not permitted.

6. Results

Progress depends on both coaching and your implementation. We do not guarantee specific revenue or follower counts, but we commit to professional guidance and clear action plans.

7. Intellectual property

Materials provided by Moga Marketing are for your personal business use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Limitation of liability

Moga Marketing is a small private coaching practice. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session or program.
