These Terms govern your use of the Moga Marketing website and private English lessons provided by Vasile Moga. By booking a lesson or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Moga Marketing provides private, one-on-one English lessons online. Programs include single lessons and 7-lesson courses (English Flow and Super Professional) as described on the website.

2. Booking and payment

• Lessons are booked by email or Telegram unless online checkout via Lava.top is available.
• 7-lesson courses are paid in full before the first lesson unless otherwise agreed.
• Single lessons are paid before or as agreed at booking.
• Prices and payment methods are confirmed individually at booking.

3. Scheduling and cancellation

• Lessons take place via Zoom or Google Meet at an agreed time.
• You may reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Without 24-hour notice, the lesson is considered completed and non-refundable.

4. Refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before the first lesson of a course.
• After the first lesson, refunds are discussed individually based on circumstances.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to attend lessons on time, provide accurate contact information, and use lessons for personal learning purposes. Recording lessons without prior consent is not permitted.

6. Results

Progress depends on both teaching and your practice between lessons. We do not guarantee specific exam scores or timelines, but we commit to professional preparation and clear guidance.

7. Intellectual property

Lesson materials provided by Moga Marketing are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Limitation of liability

Moga Marketing is a small private teaching practice. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant lesson or course.
